Tørst is a bar in Greenpoint where the beers come in stemmed glasses and drafts are available in three sizes. The unlabeled taps stick out of a clean marble wall behind the bar, and, with its wood-paneled walls and spherical light fixtures, the whole place looks more like a Nordic tasting-menu spot than a bar.
