"Miami “Jaguar Sun’s tiny indoor restaurant in Downtown Miami, which served excellent pasta and cocktails, just wasn’t going to work during the pandemic. So they packed up and moved the whole operation to an outdoor event space that pretty much only had a rusty grill. But almost as quickly as they found their stride there, they pivoted once again in August, creating an entirely new menu inspired by classic steakhouses. Now they’re serving great steaks, martinis, and delicious little baked potatoes. But what I find most impressive is how they’ve managed to recreate - as safely and responsibly as possible - that ‘going out’ experience. This is the only place I’ve felt safe spending a couple hours laughing between rounds of martinis while dozens of people around me do the same. Oh, I’ve missed that. And Jaguar Sun has given me faith that we’ll get it back eventually.” -Ryan Pfeffer, Miami Editor" - team infatuation
