Estância Brazilian Steakhouse shared by @infatuation says: ""If you’ve ever been to a Brazilian steakhouse, you already have some idea of what a meal at Estância will look like. The dining room is classy, and it’s built around a large salad bar full of smoked and grilled meats, vegetables, and sides. Once you sit down, you’ll be handed a bowl of pão de queijo, grilled plantains, and crispy polenta, and the second you turn your little coaster from the red side to the green side, it’s go time. Servers come by with giant steaks, lamb chops, pork loins, and chicken drumsticks, all lined up on tall metal skewers and served tableside. While that’s happening, bartenders are wheeling around carts with elaborate cocktail setups that they’ll mix in front of you. It’s a bit of a sensory overload, but the quality of the meats is among the best you’ll find at any place in Austin with bottomless filet mignons and ribeyes. photo credit: Richard Casteel photo credit: Richard Casteel photo credit: Richard Casteel photo credit: Richard Casteel photo credit: Richard Casteel"" on Postcard
