The industrially designed accommodation is in a converted heritage-listed building that was once a brewery, and it’s a great place to stay when you want to be in the thick of Sydney’s food and culture. It’s within walking distance to downtown Sydney and the hip surrounding inner-city suburbs. Rooms are spacious and luxurious and there’s a rooftop bar and a lap pool that’s worth visiting for a drink even if you aren’t staying here.
