"Poke is rarely worth any kind of drive, especially not one that involves the 405 South, but Jus' Poke in Redondo Beach is 100% an exception to the rule. There are five different options of pre-marinated fish - the original has a strong sesame thing going on, and the spicy version is creamy and tasty - all made with tuna. The servings are enormous and a lot of the crowd are local office workers popping in to pick up lunch. There’s definitely not much in the way of ambiance in this tiny roadside spot, but that doesn't stop it from feeling like Oahu anyway." - jess basser sanders
