The chef and founder is indeed Swedish, but her contemporary cooking mixes various cuisines and flavors. Dishes like mixed mushroom gnocchi in a parsley jus and pork shoulder in a soy dressing are ideal for sharing, so take a date or someone who doesn’t mind letting you eat off their plate.
