The casual Hong Kong-style cafe (with locations in San Gabriel and Rowland Heights) has an encyclopedic menu with sections dedicated to dumplings, toasts, claypot dishes, noodles, soups, and stir-fries. There are standouts in all of them. We love the soft, salty-sweet steamed rice noodles with shrimp and leeks, and on chilly mornings you’ll find us slurping pork congee or wonton mein in the corner with a strong HK milk tea working on the NYT mini crossword.
