NEEKO: “I have a strong admiration for Greek mythology and black and grey realism tattoos and that’s what Disa specializes in. I’ve been getting tattooed since I turned 19, but with Disa, we push each other to do something fresh. She puts a lot of care and attention to the details and when you’re cursed with being a damn perfectionist like I am, it’s good to have someone like her on your side — especially because the tattoos will be on you for life.”

NEEKO: “I’ve had some luck pulling sought after chase cards from the booster boxes Vancity Pokémon sells. One that stands out is the Blaziken VMAX alternative art from the most recent Pokémon set ‘Chilling Reign,’ which goes for about $180-$200 USD for the single card. Honestly, investing into Pokémon has been a fun journey. It takes me back to my childhood and you can make some good paper."

MG: “For drinks, we usually rock with the Lucid Dream with Patrón, and for food, you gotta try their citrus olives, the dumplings and the brisket bao. It’s a dope spot to pre-game. Before the lockdown, we’d pull up here to eat and sip a bit. Ideal night out would be to grab some drinks, pull up to an underground party or pop-up and hit a studio after.”
