"As fans flock to watch the Dallas Cowboys take on the Philadelphia Eagles tonight, they’ll be greeted with a slew of new dining options that includes vegetarian eats, chile-soaked tortas, and more. The team officially announced its new line-up of concessions in a press release on Friday, complete with Japanese hot dogs, a massive Cowboys cheesesteak, and the Pambazo, a sandwich that’s stuffed with refried beans, chorizo, Oaxaca cheese, and potatoes, then doused in guajillo chile sauce. New burgers, chicken sandwiches, and cheesesteak loaded fries are also on offer at the stadium’s concession stands. In addition to the meatier eats, AT&T Stadium will also add a line-up of vegetarian eats made with produce from Paul Quinn College’s We Over Me farm, which has provided ingredients to the Stadium for more than a decade. New vegetarian options include buffalo “chik’n” nachos topped with pickled jalapenos, queso-smothered tots, and an avocado-ranch wrap. The new dishes will be available throughout the 2021 season at concession stands throughout the stadium." - Amy McCarthy
