"If you're at a Cowboys game, you'll be greeted by a new line-up of concessions that includes Japanese hot dogs, a massive Cowboys cheesesteak, the Pambazo (stuffed with refried beans, chorizo, Oaxaca cheese, and potatoes, then doused in guajillo chile sauce), new burgers, chicken sandwiches, and cheesesteak-loaded fries; these new dishes will be available throughout the 2021 season at concession stands throughout the stadium." - Amy McCarthy
