"West End brewpub Best End Brewing Co. is turning its kitchen bar into a year-round pop-up restaurant. The Mardi Gras-themed restaurant 'Pardi Gras' takes over the space at the Lee and White complex beginning Wednesday, February 5, through 'Fat Tuesday' on February 25. Expect a New Orleans-inspired food and drink menu with po'boys and Carnival cocktails, and the bar area dripping in beads, glitter, purple, and gold for the next month. The brewpub also plans to crown a Pardi Gras king and queen each night." - Beth McKibben
