
"Sasha Zabar, the son of Eli Zabar, is set to open his own ice cream shop called Glace at 1266 Madison Avenue between 90th and 91st streets on the Upper East Side; the space was formerly home to Eli Zabar’s gluten-free Noglu, which his father helped bring over from France, so all ice cream ingredients — including cones — will remain gluten-free.
