"I was at least a little excited that AT&T Stadium in Arlington is getting a diverse — and often completely over-the-top — new slate of dining options, unveiled by Legends Hospitality for the general concessions menu. Although the new menu wasn’t available during Sunday’s demoralizing loss to the Carolina Panthers, the highlights include street-style elotes, sopapillas served with jalapeno butter, a buffalo chicken sandwich, returning hits like the “ultimate” nachos and al pastor tacos, and a “Texas-sized” chicken and waffle sandwich; in the ritzier parts of the stadium on the suite and club levels there are more upscale offerings like avocado crab dip, chimichurri beef tenderloin, and French macarons.
