Named and inspired by the Spanish version of a Popsicle, customers choose from a roster of a dozen paleta flavors, including avocado, Oreo, mango, banana, coconut, or coffee, followed by a dip into chocolate or powdered chile and chamoy, and toppings of nuts and candy. Diners can also order fruit cups, aguas frescas, elote, and the “Dorinachos,” prepared with Doritos, cheese, elote, and jerky.
