Musso & Frank Grill shared by @eater says: ""It’s impossible to talk about martinis in Los Angeles without Musso & Frank entering the conversation. The over-100-year-old restaurant has been a standby for strong drinks and excellent service for servers in red suit jackets since it opened in 1919 Sure, the wallpaper may be fading a tad and the booths a little more worn in than they once were, but that’s just part of the charm. Musso & Frank uses a smaller glass than what would be seen at other bars to keep the cocktail cold; a small sidecar comes served on ice to refill the glass when empty. If looking for a wet martini, look elsewhere. Musso & Frank uses its vermouth to wash the glass, leaving the liquor and olives as the preeminent flavors in the cocktail."" on Postcard
