"I report that Great N.Y. Noodletown is back in business after the health department shut it down earlier this month; it has reopened with a “grade pending” and just three violation points. A Department of Health inspection in January initially docked more than 100 violation points for issues including refrigeration problems and live roaches, but a follow-up inspection on January 19 resulted in three points due to an improperly constructed non-food-contact surface—typically a score that would warrant an A.
