The Best Margaritas in Chicago | Eater Chicago

"Plenty’s been written about the excellent food at Diana Dávila’s dynamo in Logan Square, but patrons should also peruse the cocktail list. In recent months, Mi Tocaya has refreshed its margarita to focus on the quality of agave it sources. The new recipe includes a choice of tequila or mezcal, followed by a splash of agave nectar and lime juice. Dávila says that without the usual orange liqueur, customers can taste the agave more, allowing the spirit and citrus to shine." - Sam Nelson
