Burger-Chan and Hidden Omakase Chefs Team Up for an ‘Anti Burger’ Experience | Eater Houston

"At the local gourmet burger restaurant burger-chan, I’ve seen them creatively incorporate Asian flavors and they’re hosting a special rendition of their Anti Burger Club pop-up series this August with chef Willet Feng and Niki Vongthong from Hidden Omakase; although the menu remains a mystery, diners are told to expect far more than burgers and sushi as the two chefs blend Japanese cuisine with Southeast Asian touches. The event is set for 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 16, is limited to just 28 seats reserved online for $175 per person, and is run by Willet and his wife Diane—who launched the Anti Burger Club in 2022 to let Willet stretch beyond burgers.
