"Coming to Bushwick this spring, Orion Bar (named after the Korean “choco pie” company) at 157 Suydam Street at Central Avenue is a new-school Korean spot spotlighting soju, homemade makgeolli and imported sool; owners Irene Yoo, a master soju swirler with a cookbook on the way, and partner Nick Dodge, who does cocktails at the Nitehawk theaters, plan a menu with kimchi patty melts and other salty snacks along with shots of clam juice and ramen broth, and are looking to raise $85,000 to hire staff and build out the bar." - Emma Orlow
