
"In an unlikely north-end strip mall I discovered a dark and moody East Coast-style neighborhood bar called PaulBar/Food, opened by affable owner Paul O’Halloran, a longtime NYC-based bartender whose resume includes Bar Centrale, Mesa Grill, and the local Mr. Lyons.
