"Technically speaking, the house specialty at this newly opened offshoot of Camillo is an ancient Roman flatbread called pinsa. Still, oblong pies like the Felino — topped with tomato sauce, provolone, chile oil, fennel seeds, and spicy salame from Arthur Avenue in the Bronx — would do a pizzaiolo proud. Wine and beer are available, as are liter bottles of house-made mezcal Negronis and boulevardiers. [Order]" - Diana Hubbell
