Each will serve specific holiday dishes: Chinese Tuxedo will have Hong Kong-style sweet-and-sour prawns, and red bean jian dul (rice balls); Tyger will have beef short rib curry. The restaurants will also host lion dancers on Tuesday, January 28; Saturday, February 1; Sunday, February 2; Saturday, February 8; and Sunday, February 9.
