Chef Michael Solomonov Will Open Aviv in South Beach This Fall - Eater Miami
"Aviv, a new restaurant by chef Michael Solomonov and restaurateur Steve Cook, will offer dishes inspired by the flavors of Israel, including Yemenite bread, hummus, mezze plates, and kebabs.
