"Cafe Chelsea is a French bistro in the historic Chelsea Hotel, a gleaming trio of dining rooms with additional seating in front behind a flowering hedge. The burger is distinguished, and one of the plainest premium burgers in town. It’s smeared with Dijon and comes on a seeded bun, and if you want to make it a cheeseburger, mornay sauce is poured over the top. We prefer it in its elegant plainness. Fries are fantastic, and of course they come in a cone." - Robert Sietsema, Eater Staff
