"Now located on restaurant row at the Venetian, I found The Factory Kitchen brings its Los Angeles trattoria-style cooking to Las Vegas: restaurateur Matteo Ferdinandi (formerly of Spago) and chef Angelo Auriana (after 18 years at LA’s Valentino) serve traditional Italian dishes from a space designed by Thomas Schlesser of Design Bureaux. The 152-seat restaurant uses a palette of orange and forest green with reclaimed wood tables, rose-gold Art Deco–style light fixtures, concrete walls, and gray banquettes, and it also includes a 25-seat lounge backed by a large neon centerpiece reading “Andiamo,” “Ciao,” “La Dolce Vita,” “Buon Appetito,” and “Mangia,” which makes a perfect Instagram background. Industrial details, a white marble bar and pasta station, and tempered glass lining the outside façade complete the look." - Susan Stapleton
