The staggering, non-flashy menu is a mishmash of Taiwanese, Mainland, and Japanese-nodding takeout, from a fragrant “four god” herbal soup and a garlic-y marinated tofu and kelp appetizer to a homestyle curry rice and a requisite popcorn chicken over rice.
