"In addition to the picturesque poolside restaurant, CPB, where the tony set nibbles on omelets and salads during the day, and at night enjoys a pianist along with locally focused offerings like grilled swordfish with kiwi picada, tapioca salad, cucumber, cherry tomato dressing, and smoked chili oil, this centrally located favorite launched a pop -up of New York society haunt Swifty’s, which shuttered up north four years ago. The restaurant, which has played host to Aerin Lauder, Candice Bergen, and Wilbur Ross among others, serves the original’s best loved dishes, including curried chicken salad with mango, avocado, chutney and bacon; lump crab cakes, and meatloaf.
