"Opened in Noho in 2022, I found this Korean hotspot to be a personal statement from its owners—Koreans who moved to Atlanta and grew up sipping sweet tea and, later, soju in the South—and it translates that identity into playful Korean–Southern dishes such as gruyere grits with galbi jus and a dessert made to look like a bagel; the restaurant earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand last fall and is also noted for shots flowing freely." - Melissa McCart
