"It’s a little ironic that one of the options at the most exclusive lounge areas is pho, normally an affordable meal. Here it’s served at a fun — if complicated — station: The broth is poured through a pour-over-coffee-esque setup that infuses it with ginger and other aromatics, then you pour the broth over noodles and add toppings, including ribeye from a carving station.
