La Cova Fumada
Tapas bar · la Barceloneta
Super hole in the wall, incredible garlic sauce, mashed potato ball, seafood (the meat is ok, focus on seafood) -- garlic bread was maybe my favorite bite of the trip.
Cañete
Restaurant · el Raval
It looks fancy, and it sort of is, but they have great dishes. There's an egg thing that's amazing, also very good beans and octopus dish, it's pretty dope.
Bar Restaurant Pinotxo
Restaurant · Sant Antoni
In the market, I liked it a decent amount, just had better stuff at other places -- the guy who runs it, Juan, is so sweet though. Worth checking out the market and if you're hungry, having a bite.
Bar Mut
Tapas bar · la Dreta de l'Eixample
Bistro-y dope food, also has a counterpart restaurant across the street that has dope sandwiches. I'd also say there's a really good churro place right up the street (like around the northeast corner that was good af).
Can Cisa/Bar Brutal
Wine bar · Sant Pere
This is like the hipster alternative to La Canete and is run by this really dope dude Stefano who has a few different restaurants, my vibe is more Brutal than Canete (personally). Also fantastic, there's a porchetta sandwich on an english muffin that's great, and also this burrata with roe thing that's dope.
