Owner Nicolas Clerc works primarily with Scandinavian coffee roasters, offering excellent filter coffee, milk-based drinks, and lovely teas for the non-Java contingent. Computers are verboten so the energy is conversational—but not so roaring that you can't read, write, or sit and people-watch.
