It's the sort of rarefied restaurant you wish existed in your neighborhood. Starters are straightforward yet memorable, especially the fritto misto and the seasonal vegetables drizzled with chili honey and fiore sardo. Salads here feature a mix of cooked and raw vegetables, a sprinkling of nuts, some sort of cheese, and a balanced dressing; for example, the carrot and cauliflower salad is dressed with miso and tahini, then topped with dates, spigarello, pistachios, nori, and sesame seeds.
