"Molly’s Rise and Shine is the breakfast spot from Mason Hereford, the chef behind left-field sandwich shop Turkey & the Wolf. His penchant for creativity is apparent even in the decor, with colorful murals and impossibly cool thrift-store finds. The menu is on the playful side, with zesty roasted carrot yogurt, a sweet potato burrito, and whirled peas on toast. There are also slightly more traditional options, including the Grand Slam McMuffin, bagels, and an unbelievable deviled egg tostada. Molly’s doesn’t have a liquor license, so you’ll have to bring your own vodka if you want to amp up that excellent virgin Bloody Mary.
