"Housed in a former gas station–turned-laundromat, the Congress Street Tandem is the second location of this third-wave coffee roaster. While roasting happens at the East Bayside location, this one offers the widest variety of baker Briana Holt's incredible array of pies, cookies, scones, and other sweet treats. Tandem's coffee is roasted on the lighter side, with both single origin and blends available. Drip coffee, espresso drinks, and pour overs are also available.
