The first course includes poached, grilled king crab legs served with lettuce and shiso leaf for wrapping, along with various condiments. The second course features steamed and batter-fried king crab body with a salted duck yolk sauce. The third course is a special version of Kuala Lumpur–style hokkien noodles with crab knuckles, claws, mushrooms, and broccoli.
