"This Duluth bakery made a name for itself with its Fruity Pebbles-flavored unicorn macarons, which were featured everywhere from BuzzFeed and Mashable to the Food Network. Eventually, it had to limit the treats to two per person to control the craze. Husband-and-wife team Jack and Lan Cheng polished their skills at the Culinary Institute of America before opening Mac Lab in 2015. Today, in addition to cranking outadorable macarons, they use egg whites and almond flour to whip up whimsical, almost guilt-free pastries in flavors like raspberry-lemonade, matcha green tea, and elderflower. Also on offer here are coffee drinks, chai lattes,and cookies and cupcakes."
