In-Depth Review of the Warren Street Hotel in New York City - AFAR

"Opened in March 2024 at 86 Warren Street in Tribeca, this 11-story boutique replaces a former car park and showcases Kit Kemp’s exuberant maximalist design—executed with her daughters Minnie and Willow—across 69 individually designed rooms. Rooms range from warm reds and fuchsias to soothing blues, many interconnect for families, and select suites include planted terraces; floor-to-ceiling double-paned windows, teal-blue exterior mullions, and marble-clad bathrooms with deep soaking tubs contribute to a residential, light-filled feel. Overnight amenities include an exclusive Tall Trees bath line (bergamot, citrus, vetiver, patchouli), a guests-only drawing room with an honesty bar, and small, intimate public spaces rather than large resort facilities (there is no on-site gym; a partner gym nearby is available via QR code). Service is casual, warm, and attentive, and the property doubles as an exuberant showcase of commissioned art and craft—from a large multicolored beaded paper wall hanging and hanging baskets to a veined black marble sculpture and wooden explorer figures—while its Tribeca location offers easy walking access to the Hudson River Greenway, the Brooklyn Bridge and lower Manhattan neighborhoods." - Jennifer Flowers
